Outside groups raise additional $9.4 million to support Eric Schmitt’s America First campaign according to FEC records

ST. LOUIS, MO — With nearly two weeks until the August 2nd primary election, Eric Schmitt announces raising $3.5 million since the launch of his campaign, along with an additional $9.4 million from outside groups that support Schmitt’s America First campaign. Eric Schmitt leads the primary field with nearly $13 million raised to support his campaign and leads in the latest public polling, proving that he is the only candidate with momentum and ability to save Missouri’s open Senate seat.

“Missourians want a proven America First fighter in the U.S. Senate, not a proven quitter—and the choice couldn’t be more clear. While Eric Greitens is defending himself today in court against allegations of spousal and child abuse, I’m on the campaign trail connecting with voters who oppose the socialist policies of the Biden administration,” said U.S. Senate Candidate Eric Schmitt. “As Attorney General, I’ve taken a blowtorch to the Biden agenda, and I’ll continue to fight like hell in the U.S. Senate.”

In the second quarter of 2022, Eric Schmitt added nearly $600,000 to his campaign, bringing his committee total over $3.5 million since the launch of his campaign. Schmitt’s supporting group, Save Missouri Values, publicly announced raising $5.68 million to date. Americans for Prosperity Action has spent over $3.75 million in support of Eric Schmitt for U.S. Senate. Supporting PAC records are from publicly available FEC reports.
