Last week, the United States Supreme Court delivered the victory that pro-life supporters have been praying for since 1971–Roe v. Wade was overturned.

Missouri’s trigger law states that if Roe v. Wade is overturned, the Missouri Attorney General may issue a legal opinion banning abortion in the state. This law gave Eric Schmitt the final authority to outlaw abortion in Missouri for good, and Eric Schmitt did not delay.

Just seconds after the United States Supreme Court overruled Roe v. Wade, Eric Schmitt used his authority as Missouri’s Attorney General to issue the legal opinion BANNING abortion in Missouri permanently.

Eric Schmitt’s quick action and pro-life conviction made Missouri the FIRST state in the country to outlaw abortion.

After leading the briefs in New York State Rifle & Pistol Assn., Inc. v. Bruen, the United States Supreme Court sided with Eric Schmitt, striking down New York’s unconstitutional gun-grabbing policies.

Attorneys General Schmitt and Whitaker touted the Trump administration’s successful ‘Remain in Mexico’ and Title 42 policies and addressed how Joe Biden’s abandonment of our southern border has led to the increase in drug and human trafficking seen today.

“The signal being sent from the Biden administration is that everybody can come here, and everybody is going to get in. It’s created a humanitarian crisis, in addition to the rule of law issues and the crime,” said Attorney General Eric Schmitt.
